Prime Minister of RGC: There should not be discrimination against  homosexuals

Head of Royal Government of Cambodia on 11 December 2012 declared that  Men and Women (LGBT) who are homosexual in Cambodia currently have noticeable numbers hence, there should not be discrimination against them because it is their right.
Prime Minister  Hun Sen mentioned this during the Land Entitlement Awarding Ceremony at Domnak Chong Eur district, Kep Province on the morning of 11 December 2012 that homosexuality exists a lot in different countries in the world so there should not be discrimination on these issues since it is their nature.
Samdech Hun Sen added that “regarding International Human Rights Day ………. yesterday I saw …. Cambodia News Cable (TV) invited Homosexual representative for an  interview on the rights they claimed for from the Government to acknowledge on Homosexual third sex Loving, that exists in all  countries”
  
 
Prime Minister Hun Sen urged Cambodians to be more receptive towards homosexuality in a speech delivered a day after the gay community celebrated Human Rights Day.
In response to same sex couples demanding equal rights during Cambodian celebrations of International Human Rights Day, Hun Sen called on the public to be more tolerant of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people.
“They do not want to be this way, but they are [born] like that,” the premier said during  a speech given at a land titling ceremony in Kep province.
